**Cargo Van Drivers Wanted!**

This position is a traveling position delivering expedited freight across 48 states. This means the driver will be away from home 2-3 weeks at a time.

Our drivers are provided sleeping arrangements for the van such as cots/air mattress etc.
For showers we use truck stops and some guys have memberships to planet fitness because they are 24 hours as well.
Independence: While you may be working for a company or as an independent contractor, the nature of the job often means working alone for extended periods. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are important traits.

A lot of times we get freight that needs to be picked up in the evening and delivered the next morning at 8AM.

We work with dispatching companies and brokers. communication is key to making successful deliveries and being on time

**Requirements:**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle physical workload and secure cargo.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous driving experience is a plus, but not required.

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely transport cargo to and from various locations across the country.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
