We are looking for an Registered Dietician (RD) to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to-promote patient’s being-by providing high quality nursing care.

Responsibilities: Registered Dietician (RD)

• Assists in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients, residents, employees and visitors.
• Demonstrated experience building teams;
• Financial acumen- proven ability to follow budgets and provide critical thinking, adjust processes as needed and provide regional support financial analysis of the Dining Services department;
• Knowledge of standards and proven record of successful survey performance;
• Familiarity of QA processes – sanitation inspections, test trays, safety standards, resident satisfaction;
• Ability to educate and develop dining team;
• Personality and leadership style that is cohesive with community in which they will support

Requirements: Registered Dietician (RD)

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ management experience
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Valid RD license in the state of Wisconsin
