We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet Manager to oversee the rental operations of our fleet of Tesla vehicles on Turo. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a passion for electric vehicles. Responsibilities:

1. Fleet Management
   • Maintain and manage a fleet of 14 Tesla vehicles available for rent on Turo.
   • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, charged and ready for rental.
   • Coordinate regular servicing, repairs, and inspections as needed.
2. Rental Operations
   • Handle all aspects of the rental process, including booking reservations, coordinating pickups/drop-offs, and addressing customer inquiries.
   • Monitor rental schedules and ensure vehicles are available and prepared for each reservation.
   • In coordination with the COO, manage pricing strategies and adjust rates based on market demand and vehicle availability.
3. Customer Service
   • Provide exceptional customer service to renters, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
   • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
4. Marketing and Promotion
   • Develop marketing strategies to increase rental bookings and maximize fleet utilization.
   • Create promotional campaigns, discounts, and incentives to attract new renters and retain existing customers.
5. Financial Management
   • Monitor rental revenues, expenses, and profitability of the fleet.
   • Track expenses related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and insurance.
   • Prepare financial reports and analysis to optimize fleet performance and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in fleet management, rental operations, or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using rental management software and online platforms like Turo.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles, particularly Tesla models, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
