What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at Envive Healthcare?

• Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion.
• Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
• Must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished, and quality care is delivered while supporting team members and celebrating team successes.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the social service program of this facility.
• Keep abreast of current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards, and make recommendations on changes in policies and procedures to the administration.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the identification of medically related social and emotional needs of the resident.
• Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc. and submitting such to the Administrator as required.
• Review and develop a plan of correction for social service deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provide a written copy of such to the Administrator.
• Attend and participate in the QAPI Committee functions as required or as may be necessary.
• Review and check competence of social services personnel and make necessary corrections as required or that may become necessary.

Requirements

·Preferably a Bachelor's in Social Work or Social Service Designee Course Completion.

·Education in the healthcare field and previous experience in the long-term care industry is desirable.
