Requirements
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
·Must be knowledgeable of Medicare and Medicaid process
·Must be knowledgeable in current PC applications and use computers proficiently.
·Strong customer service skills
·Strong aptitude for written and verbal correspondence
·Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
·Two to Four years of related experience in a related field and one year in a health care setting preferred.
·On-the-job training provided.
