Job Title : Graphic and Video Media Production Specialist

Location : North Scottsdale, Arizona. Off of the 101 and East Bell Rd.

Compensation : Dependent on Experience.

Schedule : Monday through Friday. 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic and Video Media Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of multimedia production, including lighting setup, video recording, video editing, graphic design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, social media management, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Graphic and Video Media Production Specialist Responsibilities :

1. Multimedia Production :

Set up and manage lighting equipment for video shoots to ensure optimal visual quality.

Record and capture high-quality video footage in different environments and scenarios.

Edit video content, ensuring seamless transitions, engaging visuals, and overall production excellence.

2. Graphic Design :

Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create visually stunning graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional content.

Ability to interpret verbal descriptions and concepts into compelling visual designs independently.

3. Social Media Management :

Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Stay informed about current trends in social media and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement.

4. Marketing Collaboration :

Collaborate with marketing teams to align multimedia content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in multimedia production, including lighting setup, video recording, and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong graphic design skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

Social media management experience, including content creation and engagement strategies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to align multimedia content with marketing goals.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.

Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising environment.
