Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities in Weld County.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to become a part of our Early Intervention team as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator.
Position summary:
SHIFT:
Full Time Position – 36 hours/week, Flexible, Hybrid - Remote Work opportunity
*Some Friday and evening hours are required based on School District and family schedules
PAY RATE:
$21.09 per hour Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance provided by Envision, Supplemental Life, EAP and More!!)

SUMMARY:
The Early Intervention Service Coordinator will work to enhance the quality of life for children with developmental disabilities by assisting families with the Individual Family Service Plan Process (IFSP) process, to connect with EI services and with generic community services.
