- Set up and configure workstations for new employees
- Install and update software applications
- Assist in maintaining network security through firewall management
- Handle VPN setup and support for remote employees
- Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve issues efficiently
- Utilize Jira or similar tools for issue tracking

Experience:

- Proven experience in IT support roles
- Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
