ENVISION STAFFING SOLUTIONS INC is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Beach, FL
What you'll be doing:
- Managing all Payroll reports and Processes, with a preference for experience in Insperity
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, including background and drug screening
- Serving as the primary contact for Insperity regarding all HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Handling the processing of 401K and Deferred Compensation withholdings and fundings through Voya
- Ensuring the completion of all necessary state tax filings
- Supporting the Accounting team by assisting with the expense account platform (Certify)
- Undertaking various ad hoc tasks as assigned, such as research, data summarization, and analysis
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 3 to 7 years of experience
- Previous experience with Insperity or familiarity with another PEO
- Familiarity with Voya or another ORK
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for internal and external interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of payroll records and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team
