Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and customer service skills? We are seeking a proactive and efficient Scheduling and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing scheduling, onboarding clients and instructors, and overseeing facility operations for our organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling for clients and instructors, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal client experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and instructors, including paperwork, orientation, and training as needed.
  • Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling, clients, and facility management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or facility management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and scheduling software.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service and support to clients and staff.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, from 10am to 7pm.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $20-$22 per hour.
  • Paid time off (PTO) for vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Medical and dental insurance coverage provided after 9 months of employment.
