```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated and comprehensive care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's condition and response to interventions
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care

```Experience```
- Experience in discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its use in patient care
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with tube feeding procedures and protocols
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings
- Proficiency in IV infusion therapy techniques
- Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and interpretation of results
- Experience in dialysis procedures and management of dialysis patients
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
