Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.

• Utilize your proven sales history in outside sales to drive results and meet targets.
• Create project-specific sales proposals based on site conditions, leveraging your knowledge of turf installation processes and planning.
• Communicate effectively through various channels, demonstrating excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Pay great attention to detail and exhibit strong analytical skills in all aspects of the sales process.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate tasks and client needs.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven sales experience
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to prospect new business and identify potential leads and prospects.
• Experience conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with prospects.
• Track record of effectively presenting product/service offerings to generate interest and close sales.
• Experience setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ability to track and report on key performance metrics, analyzing ROI to optimize sales strategies.
• You should possess excellent communication skills for interactions with both internal and external customers.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.
• You should have the ability to manage a large volume of projects effectively.
