Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Warehouse Associate at Traverse Cold Storage, an entity of Envision Cold. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup according to schedule, including tasks such as load, pack, wrap, label, and ship.
• Build loads with relevant equipment.
• Inspect inventory for damage and defaults.
• Mark and label stock.
• Complete any necessary paperwork for inventory.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Keep Supervisors and Team apprised of any issues or discrepancies.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Warehouse experience a plus.
• Must have a good attendance record and good work ethic.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable working in colder temperatures while wearing personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
