Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Production Technician (Machine Operator), you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of lithium-ion batteries based on customer specifications. You will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, work instruction documents and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This position requires following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a fast-paced team environment. Also perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Also determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. You will use your manufacturing technician skills to influence and inspire change while ensuring that safety and quality considerations are paramount at all times helping to produce the safest lithium-ion batteries for our customers.
