Join our dynamic team as a Snow Crew Member! As a crucial part of our winter operations, you will be responsible for snow removal and ice management to ensure the safety and accessibility for our clients. This task is done manually and by using company equipment such as snow blowers, ATVs, multi-force & snowrater. For convenience, we have options to direct report to job sites closest to your home. This temporary position requires individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. This is a seasonal job opportunity with potential to come onboard full time in the spring.

Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in snow removal preferred
- Valid Drivers' license (Must have 3 years clean to operate company owned on-road vehicles)
- Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required
- Comfortable operating snow removal equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manual snow removal
- Operating company equipment
- Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow events in a timely manner
- Flexibility to report to work on short notice
- Ability to lift 50lbs
