Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated, success-driven Landscape Crew Leaders. As a Crew Leader, you are responsible for executing landscape plans, managing projects, and developing productive relationships with customers, while leading a team of 2-3. Some Crew Leaders may specialize in either enhancement or maintenance work.

Enviroscapes is a year-round company that specializes in commercial landscape construction, lawn and bed maintenance, horticulture, utility services, and snow removal services.

Job Requirement

You would be a good fit if you:

Are at least 18 years of age.

Lift 50lbs

Be able to be on your feet most of the day, outside

Have a positive attitude and are reliable

Want to be successful and share the same for your teammates

Valid Driver’s license (Must have 3 years clean to operate company owned on-road vehicles)

Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required.

We are a non-smoking/vaping, drug-free company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leading a crew of 2-3 crew members

Clocking employees in/out of jobs, through an app

Mowing lawns, trimming, and edging borders, and blowing off hard surfaces.

Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve the growth using shears, pruners or trimmers

Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch

Picking up leaves, trash and cut grass and placing onto burlap and loading onto a truck or trailer

Applying chemicals or fertilizers

Perform weeding

Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers
