seeking an experienced Estimating and Quoting Manager to oversee all
estimating and quoting activities for our manufactured products and construction
projects. With over 30 years in the industry, this role is crucial for our mission to

Responsibilities:

• Lead all estimating and quoting activities, ensuring accuracy and competitive positioning, exclusively using our ERP system to streamline and maintain consistency in all quotes.
• Interpret technical documents, blueprints, and plans to derive comprehensive and precise cost estimates.
• Utilize deep knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes to optimize strategies and manage costs effectively.
• Oversee project budgets, tools, equipment, and labor, ensuring projects are delivered within constraints while maintaining high quality.
• Analyze material and resource use to provide optimal project estimates.
• Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, project managers, clients, sales teams, laborers, and vendors.
• Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in estimating and project management.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Expertise in using ERP systems for estimating and quoting processes.
