Base Pay $20.00 per hour

Day Shift Monday through Friday 5am - 3 : 30pm

Availability to work Saturday if needed

Benefits Start Day 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Warehouse / Yard associate is responsible for tasks that are related to pulling, staging, and loading orders for customers, making sample boards for inventory, and fulfilling sample orders as needed, as well as maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies.

These tasks include, but are not limited to, lifting, and carrying product, repackaging product, operating, and maintaining a forklift, meeting strict deadlines, loading, and organizing trucks, processing, and distributing paperwork, yard cleanliness & organization.

• Make sample boards within quality standards and maintain cleanliness and organization on work area, insure paperwork is accurate and turned in as needed
• Assist Shipping Dept. with pulling, staging and loading orders for customers as needed
• Ensure Safe work environment for self and others
• Maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies
• General clean up and preventative maintenance activities
• Lifting and carrying product
• Repackaging product
• Operating and maintaining a forklift
• Meeting strict deadlines
• Loading and organizing trucks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous Forklift experience required (min of 2 years)
• Ability to work in the yard during all weather elements year round
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Commitment to the customer experience
• Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
