Including, Paid-Time-Off, Paid Holidays, Company Vehicle*, 401k with Company Match, Company-Paid Life Insurance, and Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage. MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH US TODAY!!Job DescriptionYour ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for Termite Technicians with strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, motivated to exceed production goals, ability to provide high-quality work and contribute to a positive work environment.Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customer prior to their serviceInspect/Troubleshoot termite Sentricon systems and wildlife traps as needed to employ sound pest control strategies to maintain a pest free environment for customers on assigned routeUses auger to drills holes into ground for Sentricon stations and digs trenches for liquid termite applications, when applicableInstall wildlife and pest traps, apply caulks or other supplies to fill in gaps/holes in the structure of the house, spay installation (TAP Insulation), use a respirator, and use other construction methods to resolve issuesPerforms moisture/vapor barriers in crawl spaces, where service are offeredProvides liquid treatment for bed bugs and/or heat treatment applicationsCommunicate effectively with customers prior to, during and after service delivery in order to assess and meet their needsContinuously monitor infestation/rodent areas and pest application methods (i.e. baits, traps, etc.) after application and communicate progress to customers and operation managersRespond to customer requests in a timely mannerCommunicate in conjunction with sales staff in order to meet client expectationsParticipate in ongoing training programs to constantly improve upon skill levelComplete and submit service related paperwork in a timely and orderly fashionMaintain assigned service vehicle, equipment and tools in clean/good working conditionAdhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehiclesParticipate in collections effortsAdditional projects as assignedQualificationsOur Minimum RequirementsHigh SchoolSafety-sensitive position(2) Two Saturdays per month (8am to 1pm)Position requires successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training) and earning minimum of two CEU’s annuallyRequired to use 32ft ladderMust have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbs or moreMust have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondenceAbility to calculate basic mathMust have valid driver license and be 18 years of ageMust be able to pass seven-year criminal background checkMust be able to pass substance abuse testingMust be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrierAdditional InformationYour Rewards!Company vehiclePaid holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesExcellent benefitsNo cubiclesNo Sundays ever! Not interested but know someone else who would be perfect then have them apply today.
