Job Details :

• Job Title : Construction Safety Professional.
• Location : Near Hopkinsville, KY, Per Diem available.

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc . is looking for an EHS professional for a construction project performing machinery installation at an industrial site.

We are looking for a construction safety professional who is passionate about the safety and health of employees, an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, has good computer skills, is self-directed, and has experience in heavy machinery installation.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can fulfill the following criteria :

Responsibilities :

• Provide EHS support to the management team.
• Coordinate with the facility management team on any needed training, daily inspections, reporting, and other EHS activities as directed.
• Complete regular, standardized reports detailing project safety status and report to management.
• Maintain safety logs - file and track all site safety reports, injuries, and illnesses.
• Assist in external agency interactions (OSHA Inspectors, OSHA Log Management) as appropriate.
• The project has started and is anticipated to be at least a 12-month or longer project.
• 80% field work.
• Proficient in hazard in recognition.

Qualifications :

• 7-10 years of construction safety experience.
• 5 years of continuous safety management experience.
• 30-hr OSHA construction card.
• OSHA 500 Preferred.
• Current First Aid / CPR certificate.
• CHST Preferred.
