Enviro-Master of Phoenix East

We are excited to announce that we are hiring a new Janitor/Cleaning Technician for our Enviro-Master in Arizona. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about keeping the environment clean and safe. Janitorial experience is a plus but is not required – we train!

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We value our customers, so the perfect candidate needs to be amicable, friendly, detail-oriented, kind, and happy to provide our customers with the best service!

About the Job:

• Mostly independent work at multiple customers' locations each day
• Service Area: East Valley and Scottsdale
• Mon-Fri, typical working hours are between 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM, with occasional exceptions

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Completing daily deep cleaning and sanitizing of customers' restrooms (regularly bending, kneeling, and lifting is part of the job)
• Selling and delivering hand towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies
• Maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Reliable transportation that can be used daily for work
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• English is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to lift 35-45 pounds without assistance
