Job Summary: 

Under the direction of the Director, Accounting, the Corporate Card Program Administrator position is responsible for two key functions pertaining to expense management.The first key function involves credit card and cash expense program maintenance, including (but not limited to) managing 1000 card and cash expense portfolios, monthly audit of travel and expense transactions, and customer service support to system wide. The second key function involves managing purchase order requests including (but not limited to) training expense owners on PO system and processes, requesting PO’s from expense owners to ensue corporate policy compliance, reviewing PO requests for accuracy and appropriate support, conducting any necessary issue resolution prior to releasing PO’s for transmission, and partnering with AP for related invoice processing. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively administer Travel and Expense Credit Card Program
  • Responsible for ordering and distributing travel and expense credit cards to employees and deactivating travel and expense credit cards for terminated employees
  • Monitor credit card limits and issue increases/decreases as approved
  • Audit expense reports, as well as assist users with expense report reimbursements by providing ongoing support and training to assist all employees as needed
  • Interact with peers and various management levels to address any credit card or expense inquiries
  • Ensure adherence to company policies
  • Research and resolve all credit card inquiries
  • Review personal charges monthly to alleviate misuse of travel and expense card
  • Perform reconciliations amongst credit card issuing bank and Concur
  • Analyze monthly credit card data and compose action plans to increase operational productivity, process scalability and compliance and review with Manager
  • Provide compliance evidence and reporting as required for Internal and External Audit.
  • Enhancing and communicating travel and expense card best practices through procedural updates and quarterly corporate communications
  • Analysis credit card usage outside of travel expenses to incorporate a purchasing program for non-travel purchases for each entity
  • Review outstanding charges and communicate outstanding charges to card users
  • Producing ad-hoc reporting data upon request, including basic analysis
  • Manage all Purchase Order functions and issue resolutions as they pertain to policy requirements and AP downstream impact:
  • Responsible for training expense owners on use of the PO request tool and associated PO policies
  • Thoroughly review and approve PO’s for policy compliance and completeness to ensure successful invoice match and payment
  • Process PO invoice entries within the required timeline
  • Assist with PO vendor issues, invoice discrepancies, and supplier questions
  • Assist with other A/P tasks as needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Role specific experience may be considered.
  • 4 years experience in related role
  • Experience with Administration of a Corporate Credit Card Program
  • Experience with procurement functions
  • Experience with AP invoice processing
  • Strong excel skills
  • Positive work ethic, superb organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail, and unquestionable integrity and personal ethics
  • Reliable team player with high level of customer service and professional attitude
  • Able to prioritize work, demonstrate strong accountability, good judgment, and meet established deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $78,000.
