Your Role: Engineer III, Data Analysis and Software Development

As an Engineer specializing in Data Analysis, you will be the driving force behind developing the computational imaging and data analysis platform at Enumerix. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape the genomics landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the software team to develop the platform for cutting-edge image processing tools, extracting data from 3D images of UltraPCR samples.
• Write robust code scripts that are maintainable, scalable, and testable for commercial products, including code debugging and software testing.
• Develop and implement software solutions for various data analysis problems.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for effective software testing. lead and execute software testing and troubleshooting efforts.
• Built Graphical User Interface for internal and external applications.
• Perform statistical analysis for measurement results.
• Support R&D team members and external users with data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Effectively document project progress, code descriptions, and analysis details for future developments.
• Communicate technical information and project priorities effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/master's in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• 2 years of industry or academic research experience in the related field of Image Processing and Data Analysis.
• Extensive knowledge and proven hands-on experience in writing scripts in MATLAB and one or more of the following programming languages: Python, C#.
• Knowledge of data and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with HTML coding is a plus.
• Willingness to create innovative solutions for new problems and challenges.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Catalyst for change with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience working with remote and external engineering partners is a plus.
