Branch Director- Home Health

Entrusted Pediatric Home Care is a rapidly growing pediatric home care business headquartered in Austin, Texas. Entrusted Pediatric Home Care emphasizes work-life balance along with providing world class service to our clients. The ideal candidate for this job has a passion for taking care of individuals within the special needs population, enjoys working with nurses, and the ability to lead and run an office.

Entrusted is currently looking to add a team-oriented Branch Director in Dallas, Texas. The Branch Director will be responsible for exercising management principles to ensure nurses are appropriately staffed while maintaining client/patient relationships. This includes overseeing and participating in payroll, onboarding, recruitment, marketing, business development, and HR functions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, staffing, starting new patients, communication, retention, and any other non-clinical aspects of care.
• Control assets and communicate the company’s philosophy and objective to the community
• Interview and hire competent staff as needed with emphasis on recruiting the best qualified candidates.
• Participate in location administrative and on call as needed.
• Monitor or set overtime, pay rates and overall labor margins to achieve financial objectives of the company.
• Ensure communication between nurses, clients, and payors is documented appropriately in EMR system.
• Collaborate within all team members in location and company to ensure staffing and communication needs are being met.
• Assure nurse credentials are always maintained and not out of date.
• Coordinate introductions of nurses to patient homes.
• Consistently achieve goals, improve processes, and improve the organization's bottom line.
• Motivate employees by example and coach them through work-related challenges in an effort to ensure company success.
• Build rapport with customers at all levels of management
• Provide exceptional service and build long lasting relationships.

Skills and Experience: Shall be able to read, write and comprehend English. Ability to speak and communicate Spanish is a plus. Two years of related health care experience, home health management experience preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Criminal background check completed and results within parameters as per policy.
