And, of course, to be themselves. Position Overview: This temp position is accountable for facilitating HR processes and programs that support our colleagues in designated client groups. You will collaborate globally within our HR team to support a global organization. The Sr HRBP will provide HR counsel and problem-resolution support at a strategic level, teaming with assigned clients to build high performing teams, with a focus on: Fostering an inclusive, global-first, customer obsessed culture; Building upon change management capabilities to drive an agile and iterative workforce; Strategic workforce and succession planning with high priority on internal development. Responsibilities: Experience with data analysis and pulling insights and recommendations from data Partner with client group leaders and the talent acquisition team on open positions to recruit and hire the best talent for our needs. Facilitate compensation, performance management, and talent management processes within assigned client group(s). Effectively manage sensitive and confidential employee relations issues, in partnership with HR Leadership and Legal, to support investigations and conflict resolution. Sound judgment and decision making, problem resolution and leadership coaching on navigating critical conversations. Complete employee changes and actions in HRIS system for assigned client group working with our global HR operations, talent acquisition, and other HR functional teams.
