Position Overview: The Marketing Insights Analyst will be a key member of the Analytics function within Marketing, working with the Marketing Operations Team to track, interpret and monitor marketing campaign data and analytics. This includes working with various groups within Marketing to ensure that all campaign tactics are appropriately tagged in order to measure campaign effectiveness, identity any errors in campaign tagging, and overall responsibility for Marketing data cleanliness. This position will also “own” the Marketing attribution reporting function, and serve as the coordination point within Marketing for the Marketing Attribution platform. Responsibilities: Work with Marketing team members to evaluate, research, identify and “fix” data errors (data errors prevent us from being able to properly track and report on campaign effectiveness) Assist with scorecard reporting and ongoing campaign tactical review Serve as “owner” of Marketing Attribution platform, working with Marketing team members Using various systems (Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau) to identify and fix anomalies in data Surface analytical insights: proactively investigate root causes of aberrant data, identify and recommend opportunities for optimization Create process documentation for proper tracking of data points across campaigns, in order to effectively report on campaign effectiveness Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Math, or other quantitative degree Minimum 4 years of experience in quantitative discipline Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Eloqua or Marketo Experience working with Tableau (or similar data visualization platform) Knowledge and understanding of various Marketing campaign tactics Ability to aggregate, standardize and interpret and model data. Advanced Excel, data visualization and dashboard experience Exceptional ability to communicate complex analyses and business impact simply and impactfully, both verbally and in writing Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Google Data Studio Experience working with Marketing Attribution and related concepts Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 if located in the United States. In the event this position is hired outside the U.S., pay ranges will vary and will be set in the applicable currency. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. Please speak with the recruiter for more details.
