Job Summary:

We are in search of an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in residential and multi-family real estate. This role is central to our operations, requiring a hands-on, proactive approach to manage leasing activities, maintain property standards, and lead team development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of our properties, ensuring excellence in tenant relations and property maintenance.
• Lead all leasing activities, from marketing properties and conducting tours to screening tenants and executing leases.
• Strategically enhance rental operations to meet financial goals and report on property performance metrics.
• Build and mentor a leasing team, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed and scale with the company.
• Address tenant concerns and escalated issues, maintaining professionalism and calm under pressure.
• Oversee compliance with housing regulations and company policies through regular property inspections.
• Utilize property management software and tools efficiently to streamline operations and enhance tenant communications.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in property management, specifically in residential and multi-family real estate.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept in both verbal and written forms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experienced in handling escalated tenant issues with tact and resilience.
• Proficiency in using property management software and tools.

Pay: $61,047.00 - $71,849.00 per year
