Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,500
Summary:
EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services (EntreNous) is seeking an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the successful implementation of all of the organization’s grant-funded initiatives and projects. Reporting to the Co-Directors, the Grants Coordinator will have connections to virtually all EntreNous departments while also playing a key role in building relationships with funders.
The successful candidate has a problem-solving mindset, high integrity, and the ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously. This individual will also be expected to work independently and must possess the ability to prioritize various high-level responsibilities. EntreNous is growing quickly and in exciting directions, and the Grants Coordinator will have a major opportunity to bring the organization to a higher level of efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities:
- Ensure EntreNous meets or exceeds all grant requirements on time
- Support the execution of grants from the arrival of funding through final reporting
- Be responsible for the majority of submissions as instructed by the grantor, including navigating portals
- Maintain a system of grant documentation (e.g., budgets, biographies, and certifications)
- Create and manage systems and software (e.g., Trello, Apricot) to track progress
- Identify and elevate gaps/delays as well as opportunities to communicate progress to grantors
- Serve as liaison between the Co-Directors and EntreNous’ Managers and staff members to ensure that all deadlines and deliverables are met
Qualifications/Hiring Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Two or more years of experience in a nonprofit organization, preferably on a fundraising/development team
- Excellent writing and editing skills as well as a strong command of various technology platforms to assist with writing and organizing information
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals by coordinating many individuals and activities
- High attention to detail and ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets and ability to utilize financial records
- Excellent communication and time management skills
