OBJECTIVE


Entravision (Univision/Unimas) New England:
is looking for a Vice President, Integrated Marketing Solutions Consultant (VP, IMSC) with a sales leadership record of success. If you have the capacity to attract, persuade, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary sales team and you are passionate about closing deals and reaching out to the widest audiences imaginable; being a VP, IMSC at Entravision might be the right role for you. Budgeting, forecasting, managing inventory, recruiting accomplished sales people and generating revenue are necessary to maintain successful marketing solutions beyond a simple reach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow local TV and digital revenue in New England
  • Train, coach and mentor sales team to achieve local sales goals on all platforms; make training recommendations as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate sales strategies based on existing and new business opportunities, bottom up account analysis, industry trends, competitive landscape and growth potential
  • Manage budgets, achieve monthly revenue goals, supervise collections
  • Build and manage client relationships through direct-to-client communication; maintain high visibility within the community and manage local partnerships
  • Utilize corporate tools and workflows
  • Provide exceptional product and customer services; call, visit, or contact customers to survey their needs, satisfaction and new product development initiatives


Minimum Qualifications

  • Five years broadcast and digital sales management: General Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager, or equivalent experience with a clear understanding of digital ad-tech platforms and how they can be offered to existing and potential clients.
  • Must have experience with transactional, new business, digital and multi-platforms sales
  • Must have the ability to price, forecast, and budget and implement a clear plan and vision
  • Creative selling abilities: must have the capacity to act and think “out of the box” in order to achieve and exceed required results
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile
  • Travel between Boston, Hartford, and Springfield is necessary
  • Languages: English/Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Technology tools: Office, Salesforce, Wide Orbit, CRM, and other Business Industry (BI) tools.


POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Reports directly to Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing Solutions.
