Job Summary:
As a Marketing Website Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our company's website performance, user experience, and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in our online marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
● Collect and analyze website traffic data, user behavior, and conversion rates using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
● Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track website performance metrics.
● Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
User Experience Optimization:
● Conduct user experience (UX) research and analysis to improve website usability and user satisfaction.
● Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement website enhancements.
● A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize web page elements.
Digital Marketing Support:
● Manage the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing).
● Provide recommendations for improving campaign performance based on data insights.
● Monitor and report on competitors' digital marketing strategies.
Requirements Gathering:
● Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for website and marketing initiatives.
● Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development teams.
● Provide IT with technical business requirements for ongoing website development
Continuous Improvement:
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing.
● Proactively identify opportunities for website and marketing improvements and present recommendations to management.
● Establish and execute effective web governance processes while leading and project-managing website content updates. Act as a champion for the seamless coordination of web-related activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a high standard of content quality and relevance.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
● Proven experience as a business analyst, web analyst, or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
● Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
● Adept at using A/B testing tools and methodologies.
● Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $71,721.47 - $86,374.24 per year
