The Technician Resource Contracts Specialist will assist the Technician Resource Center and the Accounting Department with receiving and processing labor invoices for Show Services and Touring.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Support Labor Invoicing needs for Show Services, TRC, Touring and Accounts Payable.
• Responsible for receiving and processing contract labor invoices.
• Reconcile and process invoices along with supporting documentation on invoice tracker.
• Communicate with the appropriate parties to resolve invoice discrepancies, breakdown labor by department and submit to accounting for payment.
• Resolve timesheet/crew time records and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain labor invoice tracker in Excel.
• Navigate required departmental systems and reports including but not limited to: R2/LP, Mertzcrew and the master show schedule.
• Communicate discrepancies with Leadership.
• Understand Union labor processing.
• Onboard and maintain new and existing vendor records.
• Ensure completeness of required compliance documentation for vendors: W-9, ACH, certificates of insurance for General Liability & Workers Compensation.
• Update technician profiles.
• Assist accounting with month-end labor invoice accrual report.

Base Salary Range: $19.75/hr - $29.27/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
