Opportunity Highlights
- Work directly with 1 family medicine physician and 4 advanced practice providers
- Replace physician that left to take on the academic role.
- Office Hours- Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday - 8 AM to 12 Noon
- See 20 to 25 patients per day.
- Spanish-speaking skills a plus
- $225K salary Quality Bonus wRVU Bonus $15K sign on bonus $10K relocation 30 days vacation/cme 6 holidays and solid benefit package
