Enterprise Homecare is Hiring a Lead Client Care Coordinator Near Cleveland, OH

COME JOIN OUR TEAM!

We have a full-time position available for a staffing coordinator. The position will be responsible for recruiting, intake, scheduling, monitoring of the telephony (clock in) system and staffing of home health assignments.

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in the home care industry, computer savvy, be able to work on call every other weekend, have some scheduling knowledge, ensuring maintenance of patient charts, performance reviews, and have a knowledge of HIPAA, government rules, and regulations.

Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational, people skills, and strong work ethic; able to manage staff, dependable, and have the ability to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment, have a thick skin, and must be able to fill in when case cannot be staffed.

***This is not a 9-5 Monday-Friday position. You must be on call every other weekend and 2-3 evenings per week.****

Skills and Core Competencies:

  • Assist with answering telephone and client intake as needed
  • Participate in marketing events to increase visibility as needed
  • Foster an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintain familiarity with caregivers & clients
  • Conduct monthly quality calls to clients
  • Ability to multitask with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Demonstrates competency in organizational, planning, written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to relate easily to diverse individuals and groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Must be able to work on call every other weekend and a couple of evenings per week
  • Experience with recruiting and/or scheduling a plus!
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Skilled in data entry and record keeping
  • Other duties as assigned
