Position Summary: The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) works as a member of the medical team at Avaya Therapy to provide specialized wound care to patients in their homes. This crucial role involves managing chronic, non-healing wounds, particularly those at stage 2, 3, and 4, using innovative treatments such as amniotic skin grafts. The primary focus is on improving wound healing and enhancing patients’ quality of life.
