Summary: Seeking a Process Engineer with experience in pharmaceutical equipment management and a strong technical background for the verification of deliverables, development of validation protocols, and troubleshooting support.
Job Requirements:
Individually accountable for the verification deliverables
Assist in identifying critical quality parameters and process attributes for new equipment or facility modifications
Participate in development and review of User Requirements Specifications (URS)
Suggest design modifications to address risks and ensure quality and safety
Oversee development of validation protocols following CQP, Automation Systems Delivery SOPs, and standards
Review and approve commissioning report ensuring all verification exceptions have been addressed
Support Manufacturing and QA with Performance Qualification (PQ) activities if applicable
Responsible for timely equipment troubleshooting
Identify reliability improvements for assigned equipment to improve uptime
Preferred Skills:
Basic technical report writing and presentations
Computer Literacy (Maximo, Track wise, E-builder, PCS, BMS, QEMS)
Specialized equipment/process expertise
Schedule development, facilitation and collaboration skills
Problem-solving skills requiring the application of scientific and engineering theory
Job Responsibilities:
Support Lean Transformation and Excellence in Operations process improvement by leading/supporting/documenting improvement opportunities to reduce cost or improve safety/quality/speed.
Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
Engineering and technical background (process equipment, troubleshooting)
Ideally 2 - 5 years pharmaceutical industry background with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Pay: 27-36
