Summary : Seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to ensure precision and compliance in the receiving inspection department using advanced measuring tools and techniques.

Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in documentation and data entry.
• Skilled in the use of common measuring devices such as Calipers, Radius Gages, Micrometers, Optical Comparators, Deltronic Pins, and Vision Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word.

Preferred Skills :

• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Familiar with reviewing assembly / test documentation for traceability in accordance with internal procedures.
• Experience inspecting to IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum and / or NASA 8739.4 standards.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Job Responsibilities :

• Obtain certification in relevant workmanship standards as necessary.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings.
• Create non-conformance reports based on inspection findings.
• Enter inspection data accurately into the inspection database.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail during prolonged inspection tasks.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
