Principal Service Solutions is hiring Experienced Field Service Engineers in the semiconductor industry who will be performing modification, installation, servicing, and maintaining semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing facility.
The Shift is Monday - Friday Days 10 Hrs. a day.
We are searching for detail-oriented people with previous semiconductor tool experience and a strong work ethic who are looking for an opportunity to expand their tool knowledge.
Experience with OHV, AMHS, Stockers, Murata, Daifuku, AMAT, LAM TEL, etc. desired.
Responsibilities

• Individuals will be trained on modification, installation, servicing, and maintaining semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing cleanroom environment.
• Then will perform on-site service and repair, upgrades, and modifications to equipment used for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Maintain records and reports as required.
• Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials.
• Maintain standards of conduct acceptable to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience or/and military experience in a mechanical, electronics or electro-mechanical field
• 3 years of previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent customer interface skills are required.
• Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools.
• Willing to learn and doesn't mind working in a physical role.

Physical Requirements:

• Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a cleanroom environment, in awkward positions, and in high places.
• Mechanical aptitude, manual talent, and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds are required.
• May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing.
• May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc.

Pay Rate $25-28.00/hr. DOE
