Summary : Seeking a Distribution Center Team Member for outbound operations, specializing in order fulfillment and shipping within a distribution center environment.

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferably have 6 months of work experience in a warehouse or production environment.

Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and 50-70 pounds occasionally.

Ability to work in cooler environments with temperatures ranging from 35degF to 46degF.

Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Ability to read, understand English, and perform basic math for product handling accuracy.

Willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment like order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts.

Responsibilities :

Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, safety, and attendance goals.

Accurately pull products from stock based on pick lists for customer orders.

Prioritize filling orders with products having the earliest expiration dates first.

Pack products carefully for shipment, ensuring safe packing methods are used.

Verify product accuracy against customer invoices and ensure proper filling of orders including size, strength, dating, quantities, etc.

along with accompanying literature or brochures when needed.

Comply with Department of Transportation regulations regarding the shipping of hazardous materials including proper labeling, packaging, and logging.

Optimize shipping methods ensuring manifest documents are accurate.

Note : This position requires passing a drug test (including THC screening), background check, and may involve mandatory overtime hours as needed.

Pay Details : $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
