The primary purpose of the Audiologist is to function as an independent professional and service provider who supports the otolaryngology physicians, sees patients referred from other providers and patients needing hearing aids services. They also determine the type and degree of hearing impairment and implement habilitation and rehabilitation services. Additionally, this role will develop marketing strategies and initiatives to promote growth of the hearing aid practice. This role will report to the Medical Director.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Audiologist license in good standing and in applicable state required. CPR certification required. All employees are required to provide proof of vaccination or exemption.
Must have current licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, and possess a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (if Master's prepared) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, for the purpose of student supervision.
