ENT Associates of Manatee is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist Near Bradenton, FL

Responsible for the coordination of patient flow for the doctors, direct communication with patients for appointment scheduling, registration, and/or collection of out-of-pocket money and co-payments due by all patients, and all other processes in support of the office. Ensures that all paperwork is completed and dispersed to the appropriate department. Answers incoming calls utilizing approved scripts. Maintains good public relations with clinical personnel, doctors and staff, and patients.
