Job Description:

Join our team as a Primary Therapist in and be a crucial part of our mission to provide comprehensive and effective substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Master's level clinician with CADC/LADC certification. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use history.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
  • Provide evidence-based counseling and support to individuals or groups, addressing their unique needs.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and encourage healthy coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate clients on addiction, mental health, and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Full-time clinician with CADC/LADC certification.
  • Knowledge of SUD treatment, including intensive outpatient, groups, and individual therapy.
  • Working knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of clients and the organization.
