Title: Construction Clerk

Location: Charleston, WV

We are seeking candidates for a long term Construction Clerk position in Charleston, WV. Candidates should have document management experience including heavy SharePoint administration, transmittals, distribution lists, etc. This role will be responsible for permitting (submitting applications, tracking permitting statuses & appropriate filing); field inspection support (monitoring Veriforce reports, tracking qualifications, assisting with documentation) and project close out duties.

Candidates should be highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Power Point & SharePoint. Previous experience working on a document controls team is preferred.
