Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Acro Tumbling teacher to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Kidzdance. Our growing studio in Apopka, Florida focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Kidzdance is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

Preference will be given to candidates with availability for 3-4 classes on Wednesday afternoon/evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Instructing students in acrobatics techniques across various skill levels, beginner through advanced (ages 4-15).
• Strong background in tumbling and gymnastics required for this position, dance experience not required but a plus.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans for strength, flexibility, and love of acro dance, tailored to individual and group needs.
• Choreographing routines for our recitals.
• Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, punctuality, enthusiasm, friendliness, patience, and leadership.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a routine background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the art of teaching acrobatics.
• Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
