We are searching for our next Document Imaging Specialist. The Document Imaging Specialist performs all Scanning Department duties pertaining to various departments' work that occurs in Patient Financial Services.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning
* Scanning documents to proper location in accordance to the Record Retention Policy
* Any tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document process
* Communicating with coworkers and supervisor in order to maintain proper processing methods and remain aware of proper procedures.
* Other duties as assigned
*Required Education:*
* High School Diploma or GED
*Required Experience:*
* 1-2 years' experience in healthcare industry
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:*
* Experience with general computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs and office equipment such as scanning machines and printers.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities We Love:*
* Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations
*Required Qualifications:*
* Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire - Company Paid
