ENSCO, Inc. is Hiring a Development specialist Near Cocoa, FL

ENSCO is seeking a Business Developer to support business development, marketing and sales activities with primary goal of being a lead generation resource to identify new business opportunities.

This person will work closely with the ENSCO's business development, marketing / communications staff, divisional executives, and technical leadership team members to support the growth of ENSCO's Avionics Business Area.

Duties and responsibilities include :

  • Perform new customer prospecting activities including initial cold' and warm' calls for new lead qualifications.
  • Work with business development team to identify and capture new customer opportunities based on leads driven from ENSCO marketing;

past customer / project relationships; and industry trends.

  • Work with ENSCO project / account management team to help identify new opportunities within existing customers.
  • Help provide lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities for business development team.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Help manage, update and track ENSCO sales plans.
  • Help provide content for product and services marketing messaging and branding which will include input into email communications campaigns, press releases, and Whitepapers.
  • Work within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to help update sales opportunities, forecast sales pipelines and track win / loss metrics.
  • Perform market research and help identify market research resource tools to provide beneficial inputs into strategic plans.
  • Provide key messaging updates into marketing collateral including brochures, data sheets, presentations, and project summaries.
  • Provide key messaging updates into website content and messaging (including key search strings metadata and web site search optimization).
  • Assist in sales / marketing strategies to exploit new social technologies including LinkedIn, Twitter, Industry blogs, etc.
  • Manage customer Satisfaction Surveys per ENSCO internal quality processes.

Qualifications

Prior business development or marketing / sales experience

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in a business curriculum (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Proficient in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Customer prospecting and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to learn technology-based offerings, and to multi-task and work in dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. citizen
