The successful candidate will work and manage projects supporting MS4 permittees. These projects will range from permit/regulatory compliance tasks, MS4 permit implementation and policy, and projects that result in compliance with the MS4 six minimum control measures including Public education and outreach, Public involvement/participation, Illicit discharge detection and elimination, Construction site stormwater runoff control, Post-construction stormwater management in new development and redevelopment, and Pollution prevention/good housekeeping for operations. The candidate should be familiar with and have experience in the development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Control and Countermeasure Plans.
