ENSAFE is Hiring a Contracts Coordinator Near Memphis, TN

EnSafe is accepting applications for a part-time Contracts Coordinator located at our Memphis campus. (20 hours per week)

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our administrative team, where organization, attention to detail, self-starting initiative, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines are essential qualities. In addition to supporting the Contracts and Risk Management Group as a backup Buyer, this role entails serving as a reporting specialist for the entire Group. The ideal candidate should showcase the ability to work autonomously, excel in data entry, and demonstrate self-motivation in a collaborative environment. Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of legal terminology and contractual concepts are also preferred attributes.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Processes all client-supplier set-up documentation.
  • Monitors the internal department portal, assigning incoming tasks to appropriate reviewers and producing regular reporting of workflow.
  • Responsible for all non-federal small business reporting.
  • Acts as administrator for various commercial client-supplier portals, processing various RFPs and Purchase Orders while ensuring the company remains in good standing. Additionally, this candidate works with the Corporate Health & Safety Manager to ensure EnSafe is in good standing with all clients.
  • Maintains Litigation Summary Sheet and Litigation Support Spreadsheets; acts as a backup for conflict checks.
  • Receives and processes all vendor and subcontractor certificates of insurance.
  • Registers and maintains the status of various corporate entities/joint ventures with various state departments or Secretaries of State and SAM.gov. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year’s experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred, high school diploma or GED and an additional five (5) years of related experience may be considered instead of the degree.
  • Experience in the environmental consulting and construction industries is desired.
