EnSafe is accepting applications for a Construction Projects Technician based out of EnSafe’sDallas, TX office located in Farmers Branch, TX.

What We Are Looking For

As a Construction Projects Technician, we seek a problem solver with practical experience supporting projects under the guidance of a project manager. This position offers development and advancement for someone with the initiative to learn all aspects of environmental construction projects. What You Will Be Doing: 

• Onsite supervisor for construction; includes coordinating and providing general direction of work and monitoring contractors' progress on the projects.
• Project Controls – Assist with schedules and budget monitoring of trade contractors.
• Focus on client satisfaction and schedule management of meetings and deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Apply project leadership skills.
• Participate in weekly project meetings with contractors and owners.
• Provide weekly project and schedule updates to the owners.
• Documentation – daily reports, inspections, and testing.
• Prioritize safety on project sites, conduct regular safety briefings, and follow safety protocols.

What you will need:

• Preferred Bachelor of Science degree or relevant experience may be considered.
• Exceptional skill set in customer service, communication, and multitasking.
• Previous experience in AEC, but not required. 
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Management/ or Construction Engineering, Inspection (CEI) experience, specifically with civil engineering projects such as civil-site work, drainage, paving, lined pond construction, excavation, underground gravity and force main piping and general commercial/industrial civil project work.
• Preferred; Landfill construction and closure experience is not required but would be considered a strong attribute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
