Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales of our products. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experiance.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
