Job Summary:

Enriching Home Care Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Lead to join our team. We're seeking a dedicated Site Lead to champion, support, and educate our individuals with disabilities as well as lead our staff. As a key member of our team, you'll assist the Supervisors in program management. Your ultimate mission? Enrich the lives of our clients, fostering happiness, health, and fulfillment. You'll also assist with supporting our staff in their day to day needs. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily checkpoints of our locations. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Shifts available:

7am-10am/11am Monday-Friday

11am/12pm-4pm/5pm Saturday/Sunday

Typical Job Duties:

• Complete daily charting upon your check ins and coordinate with admin staff as needed
• Monitor medication administration/records
• Monitor daily activities to assure appropriate implementation and provide training as needed when staff are unclear of their duties
• Report improper or suspicious behavior and misconduct of co-workers
• Keep client books organized and up-to-date while meeting licensing requirements
• Provide onsite training/shadowing of DCP's
• Troubleshoot and assist the Supervisors with issues as they arise
• Collaborate with the admin team to to create and execute procedures as needed
• Provide breaks for staff as needed
• Work with clients as needed
• Transport clients as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working with persons with disabilities
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older, and able to read, write, and speak English in a fluent manner
• Ability to pass an MVR and background check, maintain a valid driver's license and insurance and pass a background check through DHS

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
